Let's get ready to rock!!! Our spirit rock is once again available for individuals or groups to rent and decorate on a weekly basis.

The rock may be reserved from Friday at 4:00 pm to the following Friday at 4:00 pm and cost $20 per week. Please contact the school office at (336) 551-1120 to reserve the rock. Requests for use are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations will not be held unless payment is received. The earlier your request is received, the more likely your desired date will be available.

All themes and messages to be painted on the rock require prior approval from Mr. Petree. Reservations, message approval, and fee are due a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled rental.

Painting Tips

Spray paint is the best paint to use. You will probably need 4 or 5 cans for a good base coat, depending on the color you use and the color already on the rock. Don't worry about getting expensive paint—the cheap stuff works great! Remember, latex paint or paint that is rolled on will take longer to dry. To paint your design, we recommend acrylic craft paint and craft or foam brushes. The paints, brushes, etc. are available at Walmart or any craft store.
