The Courtney Athletic Boosters (CAB) is a parent-led organization that supports recreational sports in the Courtney community. CAB, along with the Yadkin County Baseball League, East Yadkin Softball Association, Yadkin County Recreation Basketball, Yadkin Soccer Association, and Yadkin Valley Voltage Football, offers the following sports:

With the exception of football, practices for sports will be held at Courtney on a schedule determined by CAB and the directors of each sport.
